Album is flawless, VHS looks like it came off the shelf today. If it came with an inner leaflet, that has been placed elsewhere. The only blemish is a bit of discoloration (seen on sleeve in lower right corner) due to the storage box absorbing a few drops from a formerly leaky roof. There is a piece of clear Scotch tape on the lower right corner of the outer sleeve.
